Hyderabad: A key development emerged in the MLA defection case on Tuesday with the Assembly Speaker fixing a hearing on the disqualification petition against Kadiam Srihari.
The hearing will take place at 11 am on Wednesday. It will be held in the Speaker’s chamber inside the Telangana Assembly.
Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar communicated the schedule through fresh notices sent to Kadiam Srihari.
Separately, the Assembly Secretary also issued notices directing the MLA to attend the hearing.
