HYDERABAD: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has cancelled the Junior Engineer (JE) CBT-2 second shift examination held on 22 April, citing technical glitches. The board announced that a new date for the exam would be released soon and advised candidates to keep checking the official website for updates.
According to the official notification issued by the RRB, the decision was made due to multiple technical issues and errors found in the question papers during the exam. The board stated that the move was essential to ensure transparency and fairness in the recruitment process.
Fresh details regarding new dates and exam arrangements for the affected candidates will be formally announced shortly. Until then, candidates have been urged not to believe in rumours and to rely only on official communications for accurate information.
Officials added that the primary aim behind this decision is to restore candidates’ confidence and to avoid any technical disruptions in future examinations. All regional RRB offices have been instructed to carry out the process efficiently and ensure that candidates are kept well informed.
