HYDERABAD: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has instructed officials to ensure comprehensive and high-level arrangements for the 72nd edition of the Miss World pageant, which is scheduled to begin in Hyderabad on 10 May 2025.
The Chief Minister held a review meeting with senior officials to assess the ongoing preparations for Miss World 2025. During the meeting, officials provided a detailed overview of the organisational aspects and infrastructure being arranged for the event.
CM Revanth Reddy directed that no inconvenience should be caused to any of the guests participating in the pageant. He emphasised the need for stringent security arrangements at the airport, designated hotels, and the venues where the events will be held. Police officials have been specifically instructed to implement robust safety protocols.
In addition, the Chief Minister called for special logistical arrangements to allow guests to visit Telangana’s historical monuments and key tourist destinations. He proposed the appointment of special officers to oversee preparations department-wise, ensuring coordinated execution.
Revanth Reddy also ordered that all pending beautification projects in the city be completed at the earliest. He instructed officials to devise a detailed action plan covering all preparatory tasks and events from the inauguration of Miss World 2025 until its conclusion.
