CM Revanth Reddy inaugurates minority girls school building in Adilabad

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Monday inaugurated a new minority girls school and junior college building in Adilabad through a virtual event under the MSDP/PMJVK scheme.

The facility aims to strengthen educational infrastructure and improve access for minority girl students, Telangana Minorities Residential Educational Institutions Society Vice Chairman Mohammed Faheemuddin Qureshi said.

During the inauguration, Revanth Reddy said the government had sanctioned 54 such buildings across the State. Revanth Reddy added that authorities had already completed 21 of them under the ongoing programme.

He emphasised the government’s focus on inclusive growth and women’s empowerment. He said the initiative aimed to bridge educational gaps through targeted interventions like the minority girls school infrastructure.

Minority girls school part of inclusive growth push

The Chief Minister said the government remained committed to the welfare and empowerment of minority communities. He noted that promoting education among young women remained a key priority.

He explained that schemes under MSDP/PMJVK aim to reduce developmental gaps. They also seek to provide equal opportunities in education, skill development, and infrastructure for minority communities.

Revanth Reddy said the new minority girls school infrastructure would play a key role in shaping students’ futures. Revanth Reddy added that it would particularly benefit young women and support the overall development of the region.

He reiterated that the government would continue expanding such initiatives. He said these efforts would ensure inclusive development and long-term educational progress across Telangana.
