Revanth Reddy performs grandson’s Aksharabhyasam during Basara visit

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on his Basara visit performed Aksharabhyasam for his grandson at the Saraswati temple.

Temple priests welcomed the Chief Minister with Purna Kumbham at the temple premises. The visit marked the start of his scheduled programme at the shrine.

He and his wife performed the ritual for their grandson Riyansh, also known as Rudra Dev. Chief priest Sanjeev Maharaj conducted the ceremony using traditional methods.

Further, Vedic scholars offered blessings to the child during the ceremony. The ritual followed customary procedures at the temple.

Meanwhile, his daughter Naimisha Reddy and her family attended the programme. Ministers Konda Surekha and Jupally Krishna Rao also joined.

PCC president Mahesh Kumar Goud and district Congress president Bojju Patel were present. Several leaders and family members participated in the ceremony.
