Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy outlined the government’s 99-day action plan during Grama Sabhas held across Telangana under the “Praja Palana – Pragathi Pranalika” programme.
Officials read out the Chief Minister’s message during the village meetings conducted across the State.
Revanth Reddy said the government completed two years and three months in office. He stated that the administration continued efforts to ensure development and welfare despite financial constraints.
He said the government worked with the principle of serving people rather than ruling them. Therefore, it prioritised welfare, social responsibility and long-term growth in decision-making.
Revanth Reddy calls for people’s participation in governance
He said recent victories in by-elections, Panchayat and Municipal polls reflected public support. As a result, the government carried a greater responsibility to deliver.
Revanth Reddy said schemes should create visible change in people’s lives rather than remain on paper. Hence, the government launched the 99-day programme from March 6 to reach people directly.
He directed officials to resolve local issues, clear pending files and maintain transparency. In addition, he stressed cleanliness in government offices.
The Chief Minister said benefits under schemes such as Mahalakshmi, subsidised gas cylinders, free electricity, Aarogyasri, ration cards, fine rice and Indiramma housing must reach all eligible beneficiaries.
He also outlined the “Telangana Rising – 2047” vision to position the State as a global leader. Under this, he said sectors would be developed through CURE, PURE and RARE categories.
Revanth Reddy called upon citizens to partner with the government in achieving these goals. He said the 99-day plan aimed to unite people and drive progress across the State.
