CM Revanth Reddy said his government is moving forward with the goal of making farmers self-reliant and dignified. “Our aim is to make the farmer a king,” he declared at the event.

Arriving at the site by convoy from the helipad, the Chief Minister reviewed project details presented by Collector Rajarshi Shah and irrigation officials. After performing traditional pujas and offering flowers to the water as a mark of respect to river goddess Gangamma, he inspected the upstream Pen Ganga flow and water availability for irrigation.

He then formally launched the project by pressing the operational switch to release water through the system.

The event was attended by Irrigation Minister N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, district in-charge Minister Jupally Krishna Rao, government advisors Sudarshan Reddy and others. MPs, MLAs, MLCs, local officials, and senior leaders from Adilabad and Boath constituencies also participated.
