R&B to handle TGICCC facility management tenders

Hyderabad: The government assigned TGICCC facility management tender responsibilities to the Roads and Buildings (R&B) Department for the Telangana Integrated Command Control Center in Banjara Hills.

The state handed over the tender process to R&B for comprehensive maintenance of the advanced facility. The contract will cover a three-year period. Accordingly, the department invited bids from experienced agencies to ensure international-standard upkeep.

The selected agency will manage daily operations of the TGICCC building. It will also supervise technical systems and provide other facility management services. The agreement will remain valid for three years.

The R&B Department invited bids from firms capable of delivering high-quality services. Moreover, officials said the process will maintain full transparency. Therefore, authorities expect professional maintenance to ensure smooth functioning of the command and control centre.

TGICCC Director V B Kamalasan Reddy said professional building management is essential. The centre plays a key role in policing and disaster management. He added that the government took the decision to strengthen operational efficiency.
