Ranga Reddy Collector receives 54 petitions at Prajavani grievance meet

Hyderabad: A total of 54 petitions were submitted during the Prajavani grievance redressal programme held on Monday at the Integrated District Offices Complex in Ranga Reddy district. District Collector C. Narayana Reddy personally received and reviewed complaints from citizens across the region.

Petitioners presented their issues directly to the Collector, who assured prompt action. Addressing officials at the meet, he instructed all district-level department heads. They were urged to resolve public grievances swiftly and ensure that no petition remains pending.

Of the 54 complaints received, 27 were related to the Revenue Department and 27 were from other departments. The Collector emphasised that each application must be addressed with urgency and followed up without delays.

Additional Collector (Revenue) Chandra Reddy, District Revenue Officer Sangeeta, and officials from multiple departments, including Collectors’ office superintendents, attended the session.
