Hyderabad: Prajavani at the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation recorded 54 complaints, with citizens raising issues across multiple departments.
Officials said Town Planning received the highest number of applications. Out of the total, 38 complaints were submitted to the department. As a result, planning-related grievances dominated the session.
Encroachment cases accounted for five applications. Meanwhile, sanitation received four complaints. The revenue department recorded three applications, while the sports department received two.
In addition, the Vigilance and Enforcement and Finance and Accounts departments received one application each. Therefore, the grievances covered a wide range of civic issues.
Prajavani sees active citizen participation
Commissioner G Srijana, along with departmental heads, interacted directly with citizens. They reviewed complaints and issued instructions for immediate action. Consequently, officials initiated steps for early resolution.
Authorities said Monday Prajavani continued to function as a platform for grievance redressal. They added that departments would prioritise the complaints received during the session.
