Panchangam predicts mixed trends; caution for CM Revanth Reddy

Hyderabad: Parabhava Nama Samvatsaram will bring both opportunities and challenges, said astrologer Dr Bachampalli Santosh Kumar, advising caution for Chief Minister Revanth Reddy.

He shared these insights during Ugadi celebrations held at Ravindra Bharati under the aegis of the state’s cultural and endowments departments. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy attended the event as chief guest, while Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka and ministers were also present.

The Chief Minister inaugurated the programme by lighting the ceremonial lamp. Later, Dr Santosh Kumar presented the Panchanga Sravanam.

Dr Santosh Kumar said the year reflects the victory of righteousness over wrongdoing. At the same time, he noted that governance may witness power struggles between leaders and advisors.

He stressed that those who follow dharma will ultimately succeed. Meanwhile, he predicted good rainfall and strong river flows, which are likely to support agriculture and benefit farmers across Telangana.

The astrologer pointed to specific planetary alignments that may influence leadership. Therefore, he advised Chief Ministers, including Revanth Reddy, to remain cautious during key periods.

He added that Guru’s influence supports fair governance. However, appearances may be misleading, and leaders must act with awareness and balance.

Dr Santosh Kumar said agriculture and rural sectors will gain importance. In addition, land-related development and real estate activity, especially in Hyderabad, may improve this year.

At the same time, he warned against taking heavy loans to buy land. He advised people to control expenses and avoid risky investments.

Further, he cautioned that prices, including gold, may rise sharply and suggested saving money carefully.

The astrologer said the finance sector could face pressure. Hence, administrators may need to take tough decisions to maintain stability.

Meanwhile, he predicted reforms in the health sector and advised caution in water-sharing agreements with other states.

Finally, he said India may strengthen its global position but warned of possible natural calamities during the year.
