Hyderabad: The NAREDCO Telangana leadership for the 2026-2028 term was announced on March 31 at the 30th Annual General Meeting, marking the formation of a new executive team to lead the association’s activities over the next two years.
The National Real Estate Development Council Telangana chapter unveiled its new leadership during the AGM held at APR Isle in Hyderabad. The newly formed team will guide the association from 2026 to 2028.
Officials said the NAREDCO Telangana leadership includes senior industry professionals. Therefore, the team will focus on promoting sustainable growth and improving professional standards in the state’s real estate sector.

The new team includes Sreedhar Reddy Koppula as President. Meanwhile, Kali Prasad Damera and Gopala Krishna Koripalli will serve as Executive Vice Presidents.
In addition, Venkateswara Rao Ravula will function as Secretary General, while Sudhakar Reddy Kondala will take charge as Treasurer.
Officials said the NAREDCO Telangana leadership team brings decades of experience across infrastructure, construction, and real estate development. Moreover, members have contributed to the association in several key roles over the years.
NAREDCO Telangana leadership highlights experience and roles
Sreedhar Reddy Koppula, Managing Director of Megasri Constructions Pvt Ltd and Apurupa Infra Pvt Ltd, has more than 15 years of association experience. Over the years, he has handled multiple leadership responsibilities.
Similarly, Kali Prasad Damera, Director at Earth Pavers (Hyd) Pvt Ltd, brings over three decades of expertise in construction and manufacturing. At the same time, Gopala Krishna Koripalli, Managing Director of Hallmark Infracon, is known for his leadership in residential and township projects.
Furthermore, Venkateswara Rao Ravula, Managing Partner at Visista Estates Pvt Ltd, has over 30 years of experience in layout development and construction. Likewise, Sudhakar Reddy Kondala, Executive Director at Green Rich Estates, contributes strong financial and infrastructure expertise.
NAREDCO Telangana leadership pays tribute to outgoing team
The incoming NAREDCO Telangana leadership thanked the outgoing Executive Committee for its service. In particular, the team acknowledged the leadership of Vijaya Sai Meka.
They said his tenure strengthened the association and created a solid base for future growth. Consequently, the new leadership said it would build on that foundation.
President Sreedhar Reddy Koppula said the association remains committed to Telangana’s development. He added that NAREDCO Telangana will work closely with the government to support sector growth.
Furthermore, he said the association aims to contribute to long-term economic goals. Referring to the vision of Revanth Reddy, he added that the sector will support the state’s growth roadmap.
