HYDERABAD: A horrific road accident occurred in Nalgonda district on Tuesday, resulting in the death of one person and injuries to ten others. The incident took place near the leprosy colony on the Addanki-Narketpally highway, where two cars collided head-on.
Among the injured were children, and one person’s condition is reported to be critical. Initial reports suggest that the victims were travelling from Andhra Pradesh, possibly en route to the Haj pilgrimage.
Following the collision, emergency responders swiftly moved the injured to the district government hospital using three ambulances. Traffic police cleared the vehicles from the scene to ease congestion.
