Hyderabad: Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu on Thursday urged RTC employees to withdraw the RTC staff strike and assured that the government was ready for dialogue.
In a statement, he asked workers to remain calm and avoid extreme actions. He warned that hasty decisions could cause harm to their families.
The Minister also cautioned employees against provocation or external pressure. He emphasised the need for restraint during the ongoing RTC strike.
RTC staff strike and talks proposal
Sridhar Babu said the government was willing to hold immediate discussions with trade union leaders. He assured that all issues raised by RTC staff would be addressed through constructive dialogue.
He urged employees to maintain confidence while seeking solutions. He reiterated that dialogue remained the only way to resolve concerns related to the RTC strike.
