Hyderabad: Police arrested three men who stole ₹1.2 lakh in cash and 5.5 tolas of gold from a house in Maddalabanda village, Maldakal mandal, on October 9.
Maldakal SI Nandikar said the suspects broke the lock of a house belonging to Timmappa, son of Kukkanna, and fled with the valuables. Kuruvu Timmappa filed a complaint at the local police station shortly after the incident.

Investigators identified the accused as Kuruvu Chinna Venkatanna from Chintalakunta in KT Doddi mandal, Kuruvu Girish from Malkapur in Ayanna district, Raichur (Karnataka), and Morri Pranesh, son of Chinna Bheemanna, also from Chintalakunta.
DSP Mogulayya, CI Tangunuri Srinu, and SI Nandikar said the three men carried out multiple thefts across Gadwal circles. Police recovered two motorcycles and three mobile phones used in the crimes. Authorities have remanded all three.
