HYDERABAD, February 2: A major fire broke out in the cellar of a G+4 apartment building in Kishan Bagh, under the Bahadurpura police station limits, around 1:00 AM on Sunday. Thick smoke emanated from the cellar, quickly spreading throughout the building and alarming the sleeping residents.
Upon receiving information, Bahadurpura police and local Majlis leaders promptly arrived at the scene and initiated rescue operations. They evacuated the residents and called in fire brigade personnel. Four fire engines were deployed to control the blaze. Fortunately, there were no casualties, though significant property damage was reported. The exact cause of the fire remains unknown, and further details are awaited. Bahadurpura police have registered a case and are conducting an investigation.
