KCR, KTR, Harish Rao extend Ugadi greetings to Telangana people

Hyderabad: BRS president and former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR) extended Ugadi greetings to the people. He described the festival as a symbol of renewal, hope and fresh beginnings.

According to KCR, Ugadi marks the start of the agricultural year. The festival also reflects nature’s shift from winter to spring. This transition brings new energy, greenery and aspirations.

He further said the Sri Parabhava new year carries a deeper message. It encourages people to overcome negative traits like hatred and arrogance. As a result, noble thoughts and values can prevail.

Meanwhile, he expressed hope that people would overcome present challenges. He also wished that Telangana would regain its past glory. The state, he said, should continue on the path of progress.

BRS working president KT Rama Rao also conveyed his wishes. He said the new year should bring victory of good over evil. Additionally, he wished people good health, long life and prosperity.

Similarly, BRSLP deputy leader T Harish Rao spoke about the festival’s significance. He explained that Ugadi Pachadi represents life’s mix of experiences. Both sweet and bitter moments, he said, shape human life.

Finally, he wished that the new year would bring happiness and well-being to all sections of society.
