Hyderabad: Intermediate results WhatsApp access will be enabled for students in Telangana through the MeeSeva platform from April 12, allowing direct download of board results without visiting centres or logging into portals. The service forms part of the government’s digital expansion under IT and Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu. Officials said Intermediate results WhatsApp access would simplify result retrieval for students across the state.
The MeeSeva WhatsApp chatbot platform, launched on November 18, 2025, has expanded to offer more than 580 government services. Officials said it had become one of the fastest-adopted digital public service platforms in Telangana.
Intermediate results WhatsApp access rolled out via chatbot
Students of the Telangana Board of Intermediate Education can access their results through WhatsApp by messaging 8096958096. The service removes the need for portal logins and visits to MeeSeva centres.
Officials said the platform had earlier enabled free access to Intermediate and SSC hall tickets for lakhs of students. With this update, Intermediate results WhatsApp access will further extend digital convenience for exam-related services.
The system allows students to receive their results instantly once required details are submitted through the chatbot interface.
To access results, students must first save the number 8096958096 under the name “MeeSeva Telangana” in their contacts. They must then open WhatsApp and send a “Hi” message to initiate the chatbot.
After that, users need to type “BIE Exam Result” and select the relevant service option. They are then required to enter their roll number, select the year and stream, and submit the details.
Once completed, the result will be delivered instantly through WhatsApp. Officials said this streamlined process would ensure faster and easier access for students statewide.
