Hyderabad: Commuters in Hyderabad will face a revised fare structure on the Metro rail from May 24, with the minimum fare set at ₹11 and the maximum reaching ₹69.
The new fare chart outlines specific charges based on travel distance, with a marginal increase from previous rates. However, L&T has introduced a 10 percent discount on the hiked prices as a concession to soften the impact on daily travellers.
The updated fare structure is as follows:
Up to 2 km: ₹11
2–4 km: ₹17
4–6 km: ₹28
6–9 km: ₹37
9–12 km: ₹47
12–15 km: ₹51
15–18 km: ₹56
18–21 km: ₹61
21–24 km: ₹65
Above 24 km: ₹69
