Hyderabad: GHMC launched MyCUREApp, a unified digital platform aimed at streamlining civic services and strengthening grievance redressal across the city.
The new application replaces the earlier MyGHMC app. Accordingly, it integrates sanitation, streetlights, roads, drainage, town planning and other civic services under a single interface.
Officials said MyCUREApp enables real-time complaint tracking and enhanced monitoring. Moreover, the platform aligns with the broader CURE urban governance reforms undertaken by the civic body.

The app connects field-level workflows with supervisory dashboards. Consequently, it aims to ensure faster resolution of complaints, greater transparency and improved accountability.
Through this app, citizens can raise service requests digitally and monitor progress. Meanwhile, officials can track performance and streamline response mechanisms across departments.
The civic body made MyCUREApp available on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store for public download.
