He said the government is implementing key schemes such as free bus travel for women under Mahalakshmi, with benefits already reaching ₹10,000 crore.

Further, the government supplies LPG cylinders at ₹500 and provides free electricity to poor households under Gruha Jyothi. It has also enhanced Aarogyasri coverage to ₹10 lakh.

He announced that the government will launch the Indiramma Family Life Insurance scheme to strengthen social security. In addition, it plans to introduce breakfast and mid-day meal schemes up to the intermediate level.

Criticising the previous government, he said it left behind a heavy debt burden. However, the present government is repaying dues while continuing welfare programmes.

He said authorities waived farm loans up to ₹2 lakh and are issuing new ration cards after a long gap. They are also sanctioning Indiramma houses to eligible families and providing land where required.

He added that the government filled 70,000 jobs and created 15 lakh private sector jobs. Meanwhile, it will roll out additional welfare measures in phases.

Highlighting development works, he said the government has taken up projects worth ₹600 crore, including CC roads in villages. It has also allotted 5,000 Indiramma houses to the Vikarabad constituency.

He said irrigation projects like Palamuru–Rangareddy will ensure water supply in the region. He directed officials to prevent drinking water shortages during the summer.

Responding to local demands, he sanctioned a road to the cremation ground and called for collective efforts for village development.
