Hyderabad: Officials detected four malpractice cases during the Inter second year exam (Paper-II – Second Language) conducted across Telangana on Thursday, even as attendance reached 97.76 per cent.
Authorities booked three cases in Warangal district and one case in Rangareddy district for violating examination rules during the exam.
A total of 4,63,354 candidates registered for the test. Of them, 4,52,980 students appeared, while 10,374 remained absent.
Strict monitoring during Inter second year exam
The Board deployed special observers to ensure transparency and smooth conduct. They carried out field inspections at centres in Wanaparthy, Vikarabad, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Adilabad, Mancherial, Warangal, Siddipet, Medak, Karimnagar, Mulugu and Peddapalli districts.
Officials said the examination concluded peacefully across the state.
