Hyderabad: Force Motors Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with Zoho Corporation to upgrade its customer service and dealer management infrastructure as part of its ongoing digital transformation programme.
The company said Zoho’s Advanced CRM and Dealer Management System will be deployed across Force Motors’ nationwide operations. The rollout includes a suite of 12 AI-powered front-office tools aimed at modernising marketing, sales, service, and customer engagement functions.
The cloud-based platform will replace existing legacy systems and will also be used to streamline internal collaboration. The digital overhaul forms a core component of Project DigiForce, which focuses on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through technology.
Force Motors operates more than 200 dealerships, 70 authorised service centres, and 30 parts centres in India, in addition to distributors in over 25 international markets, according to Managing Director Prasan Firodia.
