Fire breaks out at cotton mill in Sangareddy, property damaged

Hyderabad: A fire broke out early Saturday morning at Sri Samarth Protect Cotton Mill in Kangti mandal of Sangareddy district, causing significant property loss.

The incident occurred on the outskirts of the Turkavadagama village, where residents reported a large blaze. Upon being alerted, the fire department dispatched a fire engine to the site. Firefighters successfully contained and extinguished the flames before they could spread further.

Although the exact cause of the fire is not yet known, the scale of the damage is expected to run into several lakhs. No casualties have been reported.

Residents who spotted the cotton mill fire acted swiftly by informing emergency services. Their quick response allowed the fire brigade to intervene before the fire could engulf additional areas of the facility.
