Hyderabad: Dr Pradeep Sethi met President Droupadi Murmu during her visit to Mumbai and invited her to visit a school he operates in Odisha.
Dr Pradeep Sethi, a hair transplant surgeon, called on the President and extended an invitation to visit Utkal Gaurav International School in Keonjhar district. He said the institution provides education to children from rural and economically weaker families.
He informed the President that around 350 students currently study at the school. The institution offers international-standard academics along with sports and personality development programmes.
He said the school operates with the aim of providing quality education and a supportive environment to underprivileged children. It is run through his organisation as part of efforts to improve rural education access.
President Droupadi Murmu appreciated the initiative during the interaction. She said she would visit the school when time permits to meet and encourage the students.

Dr Pradeep Sethi said the school focuses on holistic development. It combines academics with training in sports and personality development. Therefore, students receive broader exposure beyond classroom learning.
He said the initiative targets children from disadvantaged backgrounds in Keonjhar district. It aims to create better opportunities through structured education and facilities.
Dr Pradeep Sethi career and achievements
Dr Pradeep Sethi is recognised as a leading hair transplant specialist. Through Eugenix Hair Sciences, he has carried out thousands of procedures for patients in India and abroad.
His patients include film personalities, international cricketers, industrialists and doctors. Moreover, his research work has been published in international medical journals.
He also authored the book “Step to Step Hair Transplant,” which serves as a guide for doctors. Many medical professionals in India and abroad use this book for training.
Dr Pradeep Sethi began his career in Uttarakhand. After completing his MD in Dermatology from AIIMS, New Delhi, he set up his first centre in Rishikesh.
