Hyderabad: An unidentified man died after falling into an unsafe culvert in front of Sarvottam Hotel at the Himayat Nagar junction in Moinabad municipality limits. The incident occurred on Thursday night after heavy rain left the road waterlogged.
Locals said the victim fell into the open culvert, which has long posed a danger to pedestrians and motorists. His identity was yet to be established. Local residents voiced anger over the hazardous culvert, saying it has been left unattended despite repeated complaints. They alleged that officials failed to act even after lives were lost.
