Hyderabad: The Dammaiguda murder case came to light after unidentified assailants killed a woman and dumped her body in bushes in Medchal district, police said.
The incident occurred under the limits of Jawahar Nagar Police Station in Dammaiguda. Locals spotted the woman lying in a pool of blood near bushes and alerted police immediately.
Acting on the information, police reached the spot and examined the scene. Investigators were probing whether the accused killed the woman elsewhere and dumped the body or committed the murder at the same location.
