Cyberabad Corporation launches official Twitter for complaints

Hyderabad: The residents can now report civic issues directly after Cyberabad Corporation launched its official Twitter handle @MC_Cyberabad for complaints.

Under the leadership of Commissioner Smt. G. Srijana, IAS, the civic body strengthened citizen engagement across all Zones, Circles and Wards. Officials said the initiative aims to ensure faster grievance redressal and improved service delivery.

Residents can report sanitation concerns, damaged roads, streetlight faults, drainage problems and waste management issues through @MC_Cyberabad. Consequently, officials can track complaints in real time and initiate timely action across Cyberabad.

Cyberabad expands digital grievance redressal system

The administration encouraged citizens to use @MC_Cyberabad instead of visiting municipal offices for routine complaints. Moreover, the Corporation stated that the digital channel would improve transparency and accountability.

Officials said the move aligns with efforts to build a responsive and citizen-focused urban administration. Therefore, residents were urged to stay connected and actively participate in strengthening civic infrastructure across Cyberabad.

The Corporation reiterated its commitment to resolving complaints promptly and efficiently.
