Online enrolment under Congress Digital Membership Drive
Under the Congress Digital Membership Drive, citizens can complete registration entirely online. First, applicants must give a missed call to 9649257636. Subsequently, they receive an official membership link at incmembership.in.
After opening the portal, applicants fill in the prescribed form and pay a membership fee of Rs. 10 through digital modes. Once they complete the process, they receive an SMS confirmation. The message provides a link to download the Digital ID Card.
Each registered member receives a unique referral link. They can share this link to invite others to enrol. As a result, the party expects to widen its membership base in a structured manner at the booth level.
Party leaders said the Congress Digital Membership Drive removes physical paperwork and cuts manual processing. Moreover, they said the digital platform speeds up verification and improves transparency in enrolment.
According to party officials, the system modernises organisational operations across Tamil Nadu. In addition, digitised records improve coordination and help booth-level units manage membership data efficiently.
The party expects the initiative to expand its network systematically. At the same time, it aims to equip workers with digital tools to streamline internal processes and strengthen local units across the State.
