Hyderabad: Commissioners of GHMC, Cyberabad and Malkajgiri Municipal Corporations directed sanitation staff to ensure 100% door-to-door garbage collection across the Tri-Corporation CURE area.
GHMC Commissioner RV Karnan, Cyberabad Commissioner G Srijana and Malkajgiri Commissioner T Vinay Krishna Reddy held a special meeting with Swachh Auto drivers and sanitation workers at the GHMC Head Office. They reviewed field-level performance and stressed daily coverage of every household.
The Commissioners said sanitation would receive top priority under the upcoming 100-day action plan. Therefore, they instructed staff to eliminate gaps in garbage collection and prevent accumulation of waste.
Further, they assured workers of job security and accident insurance coverage. They also promised reduced unloading waiting time and better coordination with RTO authorities.
In addition, officials said monitoring mechanisms would track complete household coverage. They urged workers to maintain consistency and accountability in daily operations.
Door-to-door garbage collection target under 100-day plan
The Commissioners emphasised that the CURE region must emerge as a model for urban cleanliness. Hence, they called for disciplined execution of door-to-door garbage collection without fail.
Swachh Auto workers responded by assuring daily waste collection from every household. They pledged full cooperation to make the Tri-Corporation area number one in cleanliness.
Officials reiterated that sustained effort and coordination would drive results. They said collective responsibility would ensure a clean and garbage-free CURE region.
