Chief Minister extends National Science Day greetings

Hyderabad: Chief Minister Revanth Reddy extended greetings to scientists, researchers and young innovators on Science Day, invoking India’s scientific legacy and urging greater innovation-led growth.

National Science Day is observed in honour of Nobel Laureate C. V. Raman and his discovery of the Raman Effect. The day recognises the transformative role of science in national development.

The Chief Minister said young people must innovate boldly and use technology for social good. He called on youth to contribute meaningfully to nation-building through research and scientific enterprise.

He also stressed the need to increase participation of women in science and technology. According to him, inclusive growth in scientific fields remains central to long-term progress.

Furthermore, he reaffirmed Telangana’s commitment to emerge as a leading hub of scientific excellence and innovation-driven development. He said the State would advance its goals under the broader vision of Telangana Rising 2047.

The Chief Minister conveyed his message while marking Science Day across the State.
