Hyderabad: BJP state president N. Ramchander Rao launched the BJP cadre training drive at the party’s state office, initiating the “Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Vaktala Shikshana Maha Abhiyan” to train new workers across Telangana. He said the campaign aimed to strengthen ideological clarity and leadership skills within the party.
Addressing party members, Rao said training programmes play a key role in educating new entrants from various professions about the party’s ideology, organisational structure and methods of public leadership. He stated that the BJP cadre training drive was being conducted nationwide. In Telangana, sessions were being organised at every mandal centre to help the party grow as a cadre-based and ideologically driven mass organisation.
Rao added that the party was focusing on improving the capabilities of its workers through structured initiatives. During the session, he guided workers on ideological clarity, organisational activities and leadership qualities.
BJP cadre training drive held in Nalgonda districts
As part of the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Prashikshan Abhiyan 2026, Rao participated in a training programme in Nalgonda. He addressed party workers from the combined districts of Nalgonda, Khammam and Warangal. He recalled the contributions of Deendayal Upadhyaya and said that during his 16-year tenure as Organisation Secretary, he shaped disciplined and ideologically strong workers dedicated to national service.
Rao said Upadhyaya believed that a strong organisation depends on trained grassroots workers. He added that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the party continued to advance the spirit of Swadeshi and Atmanirbhar Bharat to strengthen self-reliance while preserving civilisational values. He urged workers to internalise Upadhyaya’s ideals and reinforce the party structure down to the booth level.
Dr. Kasam Venkateshwarlu, in-charge of the South India Training Campaign, attended the programme. State leaders including Vemula Ashok, Kalyan Naik, O.S. Reddy and Baddam Mahipal Reddy were also present.
