Hyderabad: A fatal road accident in Bijinapalle, Nagarkurnool district, claimed one life and left another man battling for survival after a violent head-on collision between two motorbikes on Wednesday morning.
According to local witnesses, the crash took place near a poultry farm on the outskirts of Palem village. Vinod, a resident of Kotalagadda, was returning home after delivering milk in Bijinapalle when the mishap occurred.
As he approached the farm, his bike collided head-on with another two-wheeler coming from the opposite direction. The impact was so severe that one of the riders died on the spot. Vinod was found unconscious and in a critical state.
Alerted by bystanders, emergency responders rushed to the scene. Vinod was shifted to the Nagarkurnool Area Hospital by 108 ambulance services for urgent medical attention. He remains in a coma.
The identity of the deceased rider is yet to be confirmed by authorities.
