Avinash Mohanty highlights women role at police Women’s Day event

Hyderabad: Malkajgiri Police Commissioner Avinash Mohanty said the women role society remains vital while addressing International Women’s Day celebrations organised by the Malkajgiri Commissionerate.

The programme took place at Srirasthu Convention Hall in Uppal. Women police officers and staff from different wings of the commissionerate participated in the event.

Avinash Mohanty attended the programme as the chief guest and addressed the gathering.

During his speech, he highlighted the significance of the women role society and praised the dedication and determination shown by women across various sectors.

He said women possess immense capability and achieve success through commitment and hard work.

The commissioner said women were progressing rapidly in many fields and competing equally with men.

He added that respect for women remains an essential value in Indian culture.

According to him, the women role society has expanded significantly, with women now taking leadership roles in multiple sectors across the country.

Mohanty encouraged women police officers to perform their duties with confidence and courage.

He also asked them to maintain dedication while balancing both professional and personal responsibilities.

He said women officers were effectively handling responsibilities in law and order, traffic management and crime investigation.

Several guest speakers also addressed the gathering during the programme.
