Hyderabad: The Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) has decided to challenge the High Court’s recent verdict on Group 1 examinations. The move follows a key internal meeting held to discuss legal options.
According to sources, the commission consulted legal experts and resolved to appeal the verdict before a division bench of the High Court. If required, TSPSC also intends to escalate the matter to the Supreme Court.
Group 1 exam verdict prompts TSPSC legal response
Following the High Court’s ruling, the TSPSC chairman is expected to submit a report to the state government. The commission will seek formal approval before filing a review petition. Once approved, court proceedings on the appeal may begin shortly.
