NEW DELHI, February 12: The 19th tranche of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) scheme is expected to be released soon, benefiting millions of farmers across the country. The scheme, which provides direct income support of ₹6,000 per year in three instalments, requires beneficiaries to complete their e-KYC to receive the payment.
Farmers are urged to check their e-KYC status through the official PM-Kisan portal to avoid delays in disbursement. The government has made it mandatory for all registered beneficiaries to update their e-KYC details via Aadhaar-based authentication or OTP verification on the portal.
The last instalment was disbursed in November 2023, and the next tranche is anticipated within the coming weeks. Official announcements regarding the exact payment date are expected soon. Beneficiaries are advised to stay updated through the official website and ensure their bank details are correctly linked to their PM-Kisan account.
