HYDERABAD: Former minister Harish Rao and MLA Padma Rao met Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy in the Assembly on Friday.
Additionally, former minister Ch Mallareddy, along with his family, met CM Revanth Reddy. Marri Rajasekhar Reddy stated that the purpose of the meeting was to discuss the expansion of medical college seats.
During the meeting, Harish Rao raised several key issues. After the meeting, he spoke to the media, stating that he met CM Revanth Reddy along with Padma Rao regarding the Seethaphalmandi junior and degree colleges. He reminded that under the BRS regime, then CM KCR had allocated Rs 32 crore for the Seethaphalmandi college.
Harish Rao criticised the Congress government under CM Revanth Reddy for abruptly halting the works that were sanctioned during KCR’s tenure.
