Hyderabad: A quiet fishing trip turned into a nightmare on Tuesday near Raiparthy village in Telangana’s Hanamkonda district, leaving two young lives lost and a community in deep sorrow. The tragedy unfolded in Nellikuduru mandal, where a group of local youths had headed out for a casual day by the water.
Locals say the outing turned tragic when a young boy named Harshit accidentally slipped into the pond. Surender, another villager, instinctively jumped in to save him but both tragically drowned before help could arrive.
