HYDERABAD, February 10: Senior Congress leader and MLA T. Jeevan Reddy has termed the upcoming Graduates’ MLC election as a crucial and prestigious contest. He recalled that graduates had elected him in the 2023 elections as a strong voice to question the government and address public concerns.
Jeevan Reddy highlighted his role in the Legislative Council, where he actively challenged the previous BRS government on key issues. He urged graduates to support Congress candidate Narender Reddy, describing him as an educated leader committed to solving their problems.
He further stated that Narender Reddy’s victory should be seen as a victory for all graduates. Criticising the BRS regime, he noted that while the party failed to provide jobs over the past decade, the Congress government had already created over 55,000 jobs within a year.
Jeevan Reddy concluded by asserting that the MLC election would serve as a bridge to strengthen the Congress government and its initiatives for graduates.
