Hyderabad: A night of partying in Hyderabad’s Kondapur area ended in tragedy after a 30-year-old senior executive died under suspicious circumstances early Monday morning.
The deceased, identified as Harshavardhan, had been out drinking with friends at a popular pub in Kondapur on Sunday night. After the party, he returned to his apartment, where he reportedly consumed more alcohol.
In the early hours, Harshavardhan began vomiting profusely. Alarmed, his friends rushed him to AIG Hospital for emergency care. Despite efforts by doctors, he succumbed while undergoing treatment.
Harshavardhan was employed as a senior executive at an air-conditioning company in Secunderabad. His sudden death has left his friends and colleagues shocked.
Police from Rayadurgam have registered a case of suspicious death and are investigating the circumstances that led to the fatal incident. Authorities are expected to review CCTV footage and await the postmortem report to ascertain the cause of death.
