HYDERABAD, February 10: A shocking case of sexual assault was reported in Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills, where a 19-year-old woman was allegedly attacked inside a bungalow during the midnight hours. The accused, identified as Shiva Narasimha, was working as a driver in the residence.
According to the police, the victim is the daughter of the bungalow’s watchman. The accused allegedly entered her room at night and assaulted her after forcibly covering her mouth with a bedsheet. The incident reportedly occurred under the pretext of offering help regarding a marriage-related issue.
Following the victim’s complaint, the Jubilee Hills police registered a case and initiated an investigation. The accused was arrested, and further legal proceedings are underway.
