HYDERABAD: Minister D. Sridhar Babu has criticised the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), stating that it lacks the moral right to question Telangana’s governance and development. He accused the BJP of misleading people with false claims while failing to contribute to the state’s progress.
Speaking to the media on Monday, Sridhar Babu alleged that the BJP government at the Centre had ignored Telangana’s interests and failed to support key developmental projects. He pointed out that BJP leaders were making baseless allegations against the Congress-led government in Telangana instead of addressing real issues.
He also challenged the BJP’s stance on public welfare, stating that the party had not fulfilled its promises to the people. Sridhar Babu reaffirmed that the Congress government in Telangana remains committed to development and will continue working for the welfare of all sections of society.
The minister urged the public to remain cautious of BJP’s political tactics and assured that the Congress government would ensure transparent governance and inclusive growth in the state.
