Hyderabad: The health of BRS MLA Maganti Gopinath, who suffered a severe heart attack earlier this week, is showing signs of improvement, according to IT and Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu.
Emerging from AIG Hospital on Friday after meeting the ailing legislator’s family, Sridhar Babu shared that Gopinath remains in intensive care and is still on ventilator support, but doctors are reporting progress. “He is responding well to the treatment, and that gives us all hope,” the minister said.
Gopinath was rushed to hospital in a critical state after a major cardiac episode that left his family and supporters deeply worried. Since then, he has been under round-the-clock medical supervision. “I spoke to his family, and the government is standing by them every step of the way,” Sridhar Babu added.
Medical experts at AIG Hospital are monitoring Gopinath’s progress closely, noting a slight but steady improvement in his condition. They remain cautiously optimistic about his recovery, even as he continues to receive intensive care.
